So many people seem to be finding themselves making changes in their lives and even their priorities as we continue to move through this time of COVID-19. While it is not necessarily comfortable, this can be a perfect time for birthing something new in your life, even for birthing a new you!
What is important to you at this time in your life? What support do you have or need to bring it more fully to fruition? How you actually experienced life in the womb and your own birth may be affecting how you birth new moments in your life now.
Continuum supports us in slowing down, melting old patterning and embracing what is new and unfamiliar. This 3-hour online Continuum class involves learning and practicing a specific sequence of Continuum sounding, breath and gentle, mindful movement to explore what is possible now in your life and your body that you may not have been aware of or so able to access before. Is it time for you to dissolve barriers and embrace more of your potential?
