This love that we are arrives on earth via the embryo as we enter our lives. Emilie Conrad, founder of Continuum, often referred to the fluid embryo, who can teach us so much.

We begin as almost entirely fluid beings. As we develop and meet life conditions, our bodies, and often our psyches, become more dense. This is essential for life on land, functioning in everyday life, but it also interferes with our watery resonance and resilience.

The gentle breaths, sounding, and mindful movement of Continuum return us to a more fluid embryo-like state. Like the embryo, we are then more sensitive to the needs and communications of entities around us, including Mother Earth. We become more equipped to nurture with our love little ones coming in and the planet that hosts us.
