When you were a little embryo, you demonstrated a profound bio-intelligence that knew how to form your complex body and how to adapt to the conditions you met.

We can learn and heal so much by returning our attention to the embryo potential we all have manifested in coming into this life. Often, as we adapt to the world around us, we forget that potential, although it continues to support us. Orienting to it enhances its effect.

Continuum naturally takes us into primordial fluid states resembling the embryo. We can feel again like we are fluid, cosmic beings (which we are). We can return to our inherent ability to heal and thrive.

The breaths, sounding, and mindful movement of Continuum enable our tissue patterns to melt and return to their original embryo potential.
