How do you cope with living in the midst of a pandemic? The massive changes, losses and challenges of being in the unknown can be stressful to the point of overwhelm. Other life stresses and challenges can also activate your nervous system and trigger old trauma responses.
What supports you in being with your reactions to what is happening in the world just now? For some, the relative quiet is a welcome retreat from the busy-ness of life. For others, it triggers fear, anxiety and difficult emotions.
The mindful, meditative movement practice of Continuum can be a delightful way to slow down, settle under and soften our reactions. We often find ourselves resting deeply, as we melt physical and emotional tensions and patterning using simple breaths, sounding and gentle movement. Even a few minutes of Continuum can help us to feel calmer, more present, resilient and able to cope.
