Do you find your life moving too fast? The subtle mindful practice of Continuum enables us to slow down, be aware and embrace the space between movements and events.
The gentle sounding, breaths and movement of Continuum can help to soothe your activated nervous system, soften dense tissues, melt old patterns and habits. Emerge relaxed, refreshed, rejuvenated and enlivened.
