How do you move into new beginnings? This webinar class originally aired January 9th, 2019.
Continuum, a meditative movement practice developed by Emilie Conrad, involves practicing recognising and dissolving old patterns and habits, enabling us to fluidly embrace what is new, novel, creative and different.
Join us for this special 3-hour Continuum webinar class using Continuum sounding, breaths, movement and mindful awareness to slow down, settle under what is familiar, and discover what else is possible.
