Who are we at our essence? Emilie Conrad, founder of Continuum, was informed by the cell in her understanding of our bodies and our movement. In Continuum, we slow down, dissolving our everyday structure designed for functioning within our culture, and return to a more original primordial state of being. Here healing and rejuvenation await. We encounter new and different shapes, informed and nourished by intrinsic movements of our fluid bodies.
Are you ready to just be? Please join us for this 3-hour webinar class to learn and explore with a sequence of breaths, sounds and intentional subtle movements. We awaken our fluid nature and take time to listen deeply and mindfully in a relatively timeless state.
