We live in challenging times. How do you meet the challenges in your life?
Continuum, a mindful movement practice, can serve as a potent resource to support us in being able to be with what arises for us. Join us for this 3-hour webinar class to learn how to benefit from the gentle breaths, sounding, movement and mindful awareness of Continuum.
Continuum can be extremely relaxing and nourishing. We will also look at how to address activation or trauma that may arise in your system as you begin to slow down, dissolve and melt some of your old patterning in your nervous system and other tissues, enhancing your ability to truly access a sense of support and resourcedness to take into your everyday life with you.
This is a webinar class that aired November 28th, 2018
