“We are not separate from the fluid that spirals us as embryos. We are that spiraled fluid.” – Emilie Conrad

Our bodies are composed primarily of fluid. From the time we begin forming in the womb as little embryos, our tissues spiral themselves into shape. Life conditions, traumas, speed, repetitive movement, etc. can interfere with our natural, fluidic spiralling motion. The gentle, mindful practice of Continuum dissolves density and holding in our tissues, freeing them to return to their natural fluid nature.

In this 3-hour class we use the gentle breaths, sounding, and mindful movement of Continuum to slow down, dissolve habitual density, and return our original fluid motion.

Please note that the Zoom link as well as the video recording after the class airs will be available on the course page after you have purchased the class. You can find it by logging into the website and choosing the course from My Courses, then scrolling down the course page to Curriculum, where you will see access to the Zoom link and, later, the recording.
