A new year reminds us of the potential available in each new beginning. In Continuum, we practice welcoming each new moment, letting go of the old, welcoming the new. We orient to what is unfamiliar, different from our usual patterns and habits. Through this practice, we foster flexibility, creativity, curiosity, presence, health and well-being.
The mindful movement practice of Continuum involves vocal sounding, breath, and movement to explore and return to our essential fluid nature. As we melt and dissolve habitual holding in our fascia, perception and minds, we discover novelty everywhere. Every moment offers a new birth to discover.
In this 3-hour online class, we practice a specific sequence of Continuum sounds, breaths and movement with an intention to deepen our experience of welcoming each moment as part of birthing ourselves in this new year.
