The heart is known as an organ of love, which is particularly underlined in February with Valentines Day. Our heart is also a remarkable organ, the first to come online in the embryo. Your heart started beating just 4 weeks after your were conceived and will for the most part continue until your final moment of life. This living miracle within us can serve as a reminder of the miracle of our being, which can support our health and sense of well-being as well as the feelings of love for ourselves and each other.
