Diving into Fluid Embryo Body with Continuum

£35.00

As we practice the breaths, sounding and gentle mindful movement of Continuum,  we find ourselves slowing down and melting. Our tissues become softer and more spacious as we de-densify and return to our original fluid embryonic potential. This is the intention of this 3-hour class.

We are not separate from the fluid that spirals us as embryos. We are that spiraled fluid. Pulsating waves create the ocean behind all human activities. We are water beings destined to live on land on a mission that is unknowable.”

– Emilie Conrad, Life on Land

We begin our lives as a fluid embryo spiraling into form. That fluidity is our foundation and our birthright. A fountain of life.

Emilie Conrad, founder of the mindful movement practice of Continuum, recognised that our fluid bodies become more densely bound as we move through our lives, attempting to keep up with speed we are not designed for, as well as meeting other challenging and sometimes traumatising conditions.

As we practice the breaths, sounding and gentle mindful movement of Continuum,  we find ourselves slowing down and melting. Our tissues become softer and more spacious as we de-densify and return to our original fluid embryonic potential. This is the intention of this 3-hour class.
