We are fluid beings. From conception on, we spiral into form, coalescing as needed, dissolving when possible. Like Embryos, we meet what is new as we become immersed in a new year.

Continuum teaches us to orient to what is new, novel, unfamiliar, which supports our resilience. When we are less rigid, we can adapt to what presents and find new ways to flourish.
