Embracing the Unknown with Continuum
£35.00
How is it for you to be living in the midst of a pandemic, not knowing when it will be safe to go to buy groceries without wearing protective gear? Or to meet your friends or loved ones? Or hug them? Or when you will be able to work again? Or? Or? Or?
In this 3-hour webinar class, we use the gentle breaths, sounding and mindful movement of Continuum to slow ourselves down, deepen into restful states of presence, where our inherent fluidity can be more fully expressed and witnessed. As movement arises spontaneously, we meet the unknown that leads us to deepening peace, health, creativity and well-being.

For many being with such degrees of unknowns is upsetting or even overwhelming. At the very least it is destabilising. We don’t actually know how our world will be once the pandemic has passed. There is so much we don’t know.
In Continuum, we practice being with what we don’t know. We learn to embrace and even delight in the unexpected. While we practice this with mindful presence with our own body movement, it translates into increased readiness, resilience and fluidity in being with what arises in our lives, including what we couldn’t have planned or predicted.
